We use the Sivetz Fluid-Bed Air Roaster to accurately profile specialty coffee for wholesale and e-commerce. Our unique roasting process allows us to achieve repeatable, accurate results, producing a cleaner coffee taste that's less acidic and never bitter.

I'm originally from Fort Worth, but after college, I moved to Austin where I really got my start in the coffee world. I worked just about every side of the business—retail, wholesale, and eventually became a roaster at the largest locally owned wholesale coffee roaster in the city. I had the chance to roast for companies like Chameleon Cold Brew and a bunch of local shops and restaurants.
In 2017, my wife and I moved back to Fort Worth with a dream to bring another specialty coffee option to the city I love. We opened Enduro that year and spent six years focused on growing the wholesale side before finally opening the cafe in Riverside.
Outside of coffee, I’m passionate about music, art, and spending time outdoors. I truly love what I do and take a lot of pride in this city and the community we’re building here.
